Body Balance Trainer Rocks!!!

I am recovering from a broken ankle. Three months of limited mobility severely weakened my ankle and surrounding soft tissues. This equipment is helping strengthen my foot and ankle. I have yet to try other exercises, but am looking forward to exploring those options!
