We ship ground through major carriers including UPS and Fedex. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days. If your order will take longer than 10 business days to ship, you will be notified by email immediately.
We currently ship within the United States (except Hawaii & Alaska). We do not ship internationally.
Larger orders that consist of freight or LTL deliveries will be delivered to your driveway or curbside. These shipments require a scheduled time and signature. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery time.
All items do not include assembly. Please refer to the setup manuals that come with your order. Or check the assembly instruction manuals on our product pages.
REFUSED OR UNREACHABLE SHIPMENTS
If you are not available or unreachable at the scheduled time of delivery, the freight company reserves the right to return or store your items at their facility. You will be responsible for additional charges incurred.
If you refuse an order, the item will be returned to us. We will then issue you a full refund minus all shipping costs incurred, in addition to a 10% restocking fee.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging thoroughly. For LTL shipments, please inspect all the packaging before the freight company leaves.
If you notice any damage, please notify the delivery driver immediately. Take photos of the damage. Then send the photos to email@example.com, so that we can process a claim on your behalf.
